*Our products are shelf stable at room temperature. Our dip mixes and baking mixes are good for 6 to 12 months after purchase. However all dry mixes are best used within 3-6 months for premium quality. Our soda bread mix is best used within 6 months for maximum leavening power. Our sauces and jams should be kept under refrigeration for 2-4 weeks after opening.
