Ordering/Shipping Policies

| HOW TO ORDER: Ordering our products is easy. Simply click on a category and when you find an item you want click the add to basket icon. To checkout, click the view cart button at the top or left side of page, and click checkout.
ORDERS: PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 72 HOURS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED.
SHIPPING: We ship UPS or USPS (post office) within 3 business days of your order. It generally takes 7-10 days after that to receive your products. If we can get it to you quicker by using USPS priorty mail we will, however USPS Priorty is not a guaranteed by a certain day service.

| Shipping & handling charges are based off of USPS and FedEx rates depending on your order size.
Orders over $1001 are charged 10-12% and refunds will be given on excess shipping if we can get your order to you for less than the 12%.

If you use a post office box and a street address, please supply us with both.
NOTE: PLEASE SPECIFY YOUR PREFERENCE IF YOUR ADDRESS DOES NOT ACCEPT UPS OR USPS. P.O. BOXES ARE always shipped usps.
All orders are shipped directly to the address on the order unless otherwise instructed.

| Customers of consultants - if you want to pay for your products through your consultants, please order directly from them.
To order online from your consultant, simply go to their store link and access this main shopping cart and have your order shipped directly to you. We use Paypal as our merchant(It's Safe and Secure) and you do not need a paypal account, you may enter credit card information when your order is completed.
Your consultant will earn commission on the order when it is shipped.
